My aim is to provide an ethical and structured environment, whilst developing with you a working relationship that will enable us to explore your client work together. In turn create opportunities for you to broaden your understand of yourself whilst working as a counsellor (or supervisor) My supervisory approach is supported by Hawkins & Shohet's Seven Eyed Model of Supervision.
