Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships or are facing challenges which are weighing you down, I am here to help. Asking for help can be frightening, but you have made it here and that is a big step to take. Each session is £40 and last for sixty minutes. Longer sessions are available on request.
